Description When I opened up my Trollblood warpack, the Axer's weapon had been mis-cast - ending halfway down the handle, with no blade to speak of. I decided that it was a good excuse to scratch-build a really big axe to replace it... something that could cut through a rank of troops with one swing.
The axe blade is made from plasticard, with putty used to add relief to the flat surface. The Axer uses the torso and legs from an Impaler, as I wanted all my warbeasts to look a little different to the standard poses. Additional armour is made from putty, to bulk out the figure.
